Cycling is great for fitness, and for getting around - but it's great for building your child's confidence too!
Getting your child started without stabilisers will help them to build the core strength needed for balancing on a bike, as well as picking up other cycling skills such as cornering, braking, as well as just getting used to being on a bike. A child's proprioception (awareness of their body in space) will improve through balancing on a bike.
